Quest Diagnostics at 13th St in Park Slope has one of the best workers I've encountered at various Quests. That is Katie. She is so kind hearted and caring and just makes you feel like you're not a burden whatsoever. I will always recommend Quests Diagnostics as long as she is working there and they continue more employees like her.

Katy was absolutely fabulous. She was so personable and really took care of me during my time. I get anxious with blood work and she really took the time to make sure that I feel OK.
terrible experience overall. Due to cost cutting measurements the urine sample is not even collected in a sterile container, it's literally the same plastic cup you find at a fast food restaurant. the phlebotomist absolutely butchered my vein, resulting in bleeding around the needle entry and a huge bruise afterward that still has not gone away. I work in the healthcare industry and this was absolutely unprofessional all around.
