I don’t know why this location had such low reviews. I can say that there was barely a wait time. And in spite of there being a minor mishap, I recommend this place because they were professional, considerate and caring.
I had the utmost unpleasant experience with Michelle. I came here for my 3 year old daughter to get blood drawn for the first time. Michelle was rude and dismissive as soon as she saw me. She rolled her eyes at me several times because she could not get my address correctly and made me repeat myself over 5 times. After this, I became very visibly upset. I was a walk-in at Quest Diagnostics on 13th Street in Brooklyn. The system was down when I arrived, so there was about an hour to an hour and a half wait, but I expected that since I didn’t have an appointment. The waiting room was busy, but I had the time and stayed patient. When it was my turn, I was seen by George. He was very professional and patient, especially since my veins can be difficult to find.
