Before going, I read the reviews and was quite skeptical, but my experience turned out to be very different. The staff were extremely friendly and kind. The space itself isn’t very modern, but I appreciated how quick and efficient everything was.
Place is fine. Just be aware that there is not an obvious sign, and the entrance is under the Maven Valley Prep School awning.
This was really easy. You need to sign in on the tablet or your phone when you arrive. There’s no reception desk, so know that going in. I was called before my appointment time. I’d suggest scheduling early and you’ll have an easy process.
I’m a very hard stick and always use this Quest location for my blood draws. I’ve had some health problems in the last two years that necessitate more trips here than I’d like, but the staff is always reassuring, kind, and most important gets the job DONE! Had a great experience with George today, thank you! Sometimes I do find that I wait a little bit even when I have an appointment, but it’s never an issue and rarely happens.
