I’m a very hard stick and always use this Quest location for my blood draws. I’ve had some health problems in the last two years that necessitate more trips here than I’d like, but the staff is always reassuring, kind, and most important gets the job DONE! Had a great experience with George today, thank you! Sometimes I do find that I wait a little bit even when I have an appointment, but it’s never an issue and rarely happens. I don’t know why this location had such low reviews. I can say that there was barely a wait time. And in spite of there being a minor mishap, I recommend this place because they were professional, considerate and caring.
I had the utmost unpleasant experience with Michelle. I came here for my 3 year old daughter to get blood drawn for the first time. Michelle was rude and dismissive as soon as she saw me. She rolled her eyes at me several times because she could not get my address correctly and made me repeat myself over 5 times. After this, I became very visibly upset.
