My local Park Slope Quest office is always clean and well-run. Never a long wait. The phlebotomist, Claudette, that I met with on my last visit was compassionate and professional. Her medical expertise made blood-draw appointment easy and stress-free. Thank you!
Claudette was amazing. I had to have blood drawn on 2 occasions and my first experience she was warm, super fast and her delicate fingers were so great I had no idea she was finished before I realized she started. The second occasion the snow storm had her working solo. She came out and apologized to everyone for any delay. I’ve been a customer of Quest for many years. This past week I went for blood work and was charged $760.00!!! this is the first time that I have ever had to pay anything at Quest. I have not been billed yet, but I certainly will appeal this.
As a walk-in, the wait wasn't too long.
