Quest has new corporate policy that requires an estimated payment in advance- BEFORE any insurance coverage is applied. They say they will refund any money you overpay- good luck with that. Health care in America is bad enough- now they want money upfront- I’ll be calling my insurance company and complaining to the Maryland health care regulator. I do not suggest that you support their policies and seek other places to go!
