I arrived on time, checked in, and waited about 10 minutes, only to be told my order code "didn't match" and that staff didn't know how to resolve it. My provider confirmed the code was correct and said this had never happened before. Quest should invest in better staff training. Taking an hour off work only to be turned away isn't something I can afford to do.
Processed quickly and efficiently. Phlebotomist was present and personal. Received results in 24 hours‼️
