First time going to Quest for blood draw. The technician who drew blood, Karen, was kind, thorough, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure having her draw blood…no pain!
Ageba is an outstanding Tech, with some of the best customer service skills I have ever experienced. She is outstanding along with all the other staff members. They all deserve a raise in pay
I have been going to Quest for years. The tech that did my blood work was the best i ever had. Her nam is Addie and she works at the Ocoee office, Florida
I usually have a good experience at this location. Yesterday, JaNiah (I may have the spelling incorrect, I apologize) was so friendly and helped out my husband when there was an issue with his paperwork. Also, they were a little behind but constantly gave updates and made sure everyone in the lobby was checked in.
I was hesitate about going to this location because of the low ratings. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was professional and friendly. I would strongly recommend this location.
