Denise was so good that I didn't feel a thing.
Jahaina made my daughter's first blood draw experience wonderful! We had an appointment, so we were in and out in less than 10 minutes!
I was pleasantly surprised how that location got improved, more phlebotomy techs, the whole placed was transformed with more rooms for service. This time, the lobby was pretty much empty, more efficient services. I checked in from my phone which avoid to touch the screens and prevent contact contamination. Kudos to Quest!
