I had a blood draw at your facility this past Monday, which resulted in a significant bruise on my arm—an unusual occurrence for me, despite having been to this location before without issue. Today, I returned for a follow-up appointment requested by my doctor. The same phlebotomist who performed the initial draw was assigned to me again.
