Honestly disrespectful staff. You check in on an ipad, without anyone visible at the check-in window. The waiting room is practically empty. You can hear the staff gossiping loudly in the back, but no one comes to see the patients waiting for at least 15minutes. Knocking at the door doesn't help either.
So after 10 years of particular test being abnormal (24 hour urines that need particular handling to be correct) I have all of them come back normal. I have all the same symptoms same meds nothing has changed. My doctor orders a repeat and while there I ask the technician how they process these particular tests. She tells me after years of sending the entire 24 urine jug to the lab “now” the tech phlebotomist are processing the urine. Determining how much is needed. Setting up an appointment is easy online, check in via the text sent to my phone, and very little wait time. The folks who work there are always fabulous at their job, they quickly and effortlessly find the vein. Highly recommend!
Very nice and convenient from my house and my work. Only had to wait ten minutes extra, but they had multiple appointments. Friendly staff.
My phlebotomist was friendly, prompt, and just great at her job -- the teensiest of pain, no extra bleeding, no swelling, etc. Everyone at this location has always been great, actually, and I've been doing my screenings there for years.
