Worst quest ever!! I was less than 10 minutes late and the 2 female employees that were there today 9/26/25, took 7 patients back before me and let me wait for over 40 minutes!! I ended up leaving because of the pettiness! So unprofessional and classless!! Never going here again!!

Very poor time management and under staffing, looks like only one was handling it. With the appointment of 10 AM, not called by 10.30. So, booking well ahead is not worth. Whoever is scheduling at this location, please make sure you are expected to wait.

Here's advice given to me by the phlebotomist: if you are a walk in and you sign in, accept whatever time the suggested appt time is, despite the fact that as a walk in you will 'be seen in 30-60 min'. You have a better chance of getting taken back WITH an appt. I didn't accept the 10 am appt time at sign in bc I start work at 10 am and when I signed in at 8:20am I assumed I would be seen within the hour. 50 min later they came and told me I would've been seen sooner if I had accepted the 10am appt at check in. I always have an excellent experience at Quest due to the technician Barbara. She is so skilled and friendly. I am completely at ease when she is my technician. She goes above and beyond
