I choose this location because guy last year was very polite and professional. Sadly, today, the African American woman who attended to me during my 11:00 appointment was extremely rude and disrespectful. From the very beginning, the way she communicated with me, asked questions, and gave me instructions was completely inappropriate. A person who displays racial prejudice should not work in any position involving public contact, especially in a healthcare setting. Kia is an excellent phlebotomist.
There are some bad reviews on Google but my experience was excellent. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. My nurse was very friendly, personable and gentle with the blood draw.
The phlebotomist was skilled. She was fast and efficient
