I went to Quest Labs in East Norriton for an employment drug screen, and my experience was excellent. The Tech was pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient focused.
The technician was very friendly and caring. I arrived a few minutes early and she took me right away and I was able to get to work on time. Having the blood drawn was a painless experience. Everything went quickly and seamlessly.
I choose this location because guy last year was very polite and professional. Sadly, today, the African American woman who attended to me during my 11:00 appointment was extremely rude and disrespectful. From the very beginning, the way she communicated with me, asked questions, and gave me instructions was completely inappropriate. A person who displays racial prejudice should not work in any position involving public contact, especially in a healthcare setting.
