I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of this office. I made an appointment online. I received confirmation of my appointment and check-in instructions via text. As soon as I walked in, my name was called. My phlebotomist Andre was polite and funny. He drew my blood so quickly and painlessly that my paranoia did not have time to even start!!
