They decide to just not open for the day and NOT notify people that have appointments... multiple days in a row. Then my blood work won't be ready in time for a doctor's appointment and i have to reschedule that appointment. Surely they have a mechanism to notify people that have appointments when they need to be closed unexpectedly ... Apparently not. Sound professional? Never have they asked for ID, so if you need someone else to do a drug test for you definitely choose Quest.
Difficult in contacting live person!
Gave them my blood and stool sample August 1st. It's now August 7th going into the weekend suffering the same symptoms I had last weekend. Nothing I can do but wait. I really wish OhioHealth had not farmed out this lab to an independent company. Next time my doctor orders tests for me, I will not go here to Quest inside Pickerington Hospital.
Amy was very professional & made me feel comfortable, I would recommend her & the Quest office off of Brice Rd.
