Quest Diagnostics is lucky to have NAY on their team! I got there 2 min prior to closing and still had to look up my patients info so I could fill out the lab form and she was so patient and kind!! I very much appreciated her!
Fast reliable service
Terrible customer service. Website sucks. Took my biometric screening results were not available online 3 weeks later, tried to use the chat option and speak to a live agent 15 minutes waiting no one answered. Called the Quest where I had the lab work done and no oh to speak to a live person
They are very kind people, and the interaction is pleasant.
