Terrible customer service. Website sucks. Took my biometric screening results were not available online 3 weeks later, tried to use the chat option and speak to a live agent 15 minutes waiting no one answered. Called the Quest where I had the lab work done and no oh to speak to a live person
They are very kind people, and the interaction is pleasant.
I was taken right at my appointment time. The professional drawing my blood did such a good job I barely felt it.
I got there at 4:08pm, they didn't close until 4:30pm and I was a walk in, I was not able to be seen. They should post something saying if you are a walk in you will not be able to be seen after 4pm, wasted time and gas.
