This is the only lab I use, and for good reason. The convenience is unmatched — I’m usually in and out in under ten minutes including the time I might wait to be called, and my results are almost always available the same day or by the next. The staff is efficient, and the entire process is smooth every time. I truly can’t say enough good things about this location. My only wish is that there were more labs closer to where I live, but even with the distance, this one is absolutely worth it.
Shoot I wish I had grabbed the woman’s name that helped me do my blood work today- she was so efficient, kind and amazing at her job and I truly appreciate her! Came in today for 730 appointment and was in and out in 10 minutes max and was seen even a few minutes before my appointment time. I was able to get to work on time and would absolutely come back to this location if I need to.
Made an appointment online not even 10 hours prior because the Urgent Care couldn’t find my veins the day prior. They made it easy to walk in, get blood drawn in under 5 minutes and answered my questions. (As someone who’s usually ‘difficult’!!!) They are nice people and even better phlebotomists!
I really enjoy using the Quest app to set my appointments and view my labs. My local Quest has an awesome phlebotomist who has provided gentle care consistently. Grateful for an easy, great patient experience each time!
