You need many more technicians. 3 rooms empty. One person working and i had to wait weeks for an appointment. Terrible
There is only 1 staff onsite and they are drawing blood. Even between patients, they avoid talking to customers. There's no staff and they have a glitchy system. They closed for lunch more than 10-minutes early and would not take my blood, even though I'd been there entered my info. and waited for 30-mintues. 0 on customer service--avoid this lab!
Zero patients in here, aside from me. Waited more than 20 mins, now leaving without being seen. I can hear them just chit chatting in the back.
The Mill Valley Quest is a fantastic experience. Easy check in. Nice customers. Excellent and efficient phlebotomists.
Got up at 6am and came to stand in line for half an hour only to be told they were taking no walk-in appointments. Seriously?? Try posting something on your website or even putting up a sign on your door.
