Worst place to schedule an appointment and verify that they have your doctors prescription for lab work. You never can talk to any person. The Lab people just were on their phone doing nothing. As big as this corporation is they stink for Customer Service. The Corporate people should ask themselves. Do they want to schedule an appointment for themselves or their family with quest? The answer is probably no I would recommend you to no one.

This blood draw of my 8 year old went a million times better then the very expensive one we had done at children's mercy. In and out, calm, person was prepared, place was clean.

Staff was rude and unorganized. There needs to be a better system for picking up sample kits or dropping off specimens. Why is there not a front desk, assisting people? Why are there only ipads for you to sign in through, with the rest of the people waiting to get tested on site? I had a specimen to drop off. I had to wait about twenty minutes for someone to come out and see. I was then told that they didn’t have my order so I couldn’t drop it off. Very nice and courteous. She made the visit very welcoming and comfortable. I would go back to her a bunch thanks for being so nice. I hate needles and made it easier with your nicebeas
