I have been coming here for a while and wanted to give a special shoutout to Lalin. She has been my phlebotomist for my last few visits, and she is consistently wonderful. She is always very kind, performs the blood draw quickly, and constantly checks in to make sure you are comfortable throughout the process.
What a waste of time. Incompetent, systems don’t work, show up on time and wait for an hour. What a mess.
Rose was very friendly and promptly had me checked in and the labs done. She made sure I was comfortable and communicated everything that was being done. I would come again for a lab test.
Phlebotomists just standing around socializing instead of working on the waitlist.
Lalin Lata drew my blood for a test here. I can tell the lab staff work very hard and have to service a lot of folks in a short amount of time, but they are always very friendly and do their best to accommodate everyone. Lalin was particularly friendly and funny and I enjoyed chatting with her. She made me feel comfortable even though I get squeamish about drawing blood.
