I keep trying to come here to get my blood work done because I have a seizure disorder. My neurologist and psychologist are asking me. I've made several appointments to come in and they will just refuse you without a doctor's order. They don't care if you die. FTW
This was my first time at this Quest location. Every Quest in San Francisco was booked up for many days out, so I drove from SF to San Mateo. The lobby of this location had a loud hum and an intense vibration which I found annoying and physically uncomfortable while I waited to be seen. The very pleasant and capable phlebotomist said that it was from a centrifuge. I haven’t encountered this problem at other Quest locations and I don’t plan to return to this one.
Quest diagnosis asked me to freeze my poop sample using my freezer, despite I asking them for a better solution. Excuse me? My freezer is for food! Quest diagnosis should have provided better solutions for this.
Terrible service! Not enough phlebotomist to handle the number of patients, busy crowded and takes forever and you won’t be served. Good luck getting an appointment.
Quest Diagnostics has a 3.3 star rating with 135 reviews.
Quest Diagnostics is closed now. It will open at 7:00 a.m.
