I’d like to comment on an excellent professional in San Mateo office Lalin Lata. Her skills are amazing. Drawing blood can be a very uncomfortable and sometimes painful experience, especially when the veins are thin or invisible. But when she draws blood, you don’t feel a thing. Her hands are so light you don’t feel a prick at all. I have never experienced anything like that before. Thank you Lalin
I have bad experiences with blood draws due so much that it stresses me out. Multiple pokes and needles in the back of my hand is no fun. I went to Quest in San Mateo and the place is nice a calm. Laylin Lata did my blood draws and was absolutely amazing. Just one quick poke and she hit a good vein with no pain. I was so amazed and grateful. Thank you!
I had an appointment at 3:40 and showed up at 3:51 and they had fully left the office for the day - lights out, door locked. The blood test takes 1 minute to complete. The team should not leave before 4pm when patients are relying on their service and it’s so difficult to get ideal appt times.
Our attending phlebotomist, Lalin Lata was very professional, courteous and helpful during my child and my appointment. I incorrectly scan my QR code and she politely helped me redo the check in. The entire testing appointment was a breeze with Lalin.
