There is no receptionist. I tried asking what the protocol was for drop off of sample and the lady snapped at me. I was required to drop off a time sensitive sample and they made receiving the sample damn near impossible— you have to make an appointment to drop off rather than someone just taking it. I understand making appointments for getting your blood drawn but for sample drop offs it should be pretty straightforward. Ridiculous system. So fast and easy. 0 wait time for my walk in. No pain and very quick.
Both of the two touchscreen monitors we have to use to check in DO NOT WORK! No matter where you tap to write your personal information, it takes a long time to get to the next screen. All the while, you're stressed because you see a clock telling you you only have 30 seconds to complete that answer or (I guess) have to start all over again?!
