To Quest Management, I am writing to formally request that management address the unprofessional behavior of your employees at the 800 S. Central Glendale location. my son had an appointment scheduled at that branch but we arrived one hour late. When we attempted to explain our situation, the technician ignored us and stated that we might not be seen. The staff then proceeded to turn other patients away with a poor attitude. I have the faintest veins and GATE getting blood drawn as a result. Most have trouble finding my veins, poke at least twice, and leave bruises. My phlebotomist was gentle, got it on her first try, and left no marks behind. If there is anyway to get her name and request her next time, I would!

I wish I could give Quest Diagnostics for this location zero stars. After waiting for over an hour past my appointment time, I stepped outside for literally one minute to take a phone call. When I came back and explained that I had just been called, the staff didn’t care at all. They were running late, yet had no problem making me wait so long, and then treated me as if it was my fault. On top of that, the staff here were extremely rude and dismissive. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience.
