Phlebotomist Ivette was extremely helpful, friendly and gentle. My mom came in for a blood test and she bruises easily, Ivette made sure to take the blood test very carefully to not hurt my mom. Thank you so much!

Absolutely terrible experience at Quest Diagnostics. There is no front desk or actual customer service. The staff stay behind locked doors, so if you have a question, good luck getting an answer. They appear to overbook appointments, leaving people packed into the hallway waiting. The automated check-in system is also a problem, especially for older patients who struggle to use it. The lobby was clean with ample seating. I waited less than 10 minutes and was treated by a kind woman.
