I hate writing bad reviews, but I have to. Yesterday my child and I had blood drawn, then they called and said something was wrong with the sample and we needed to redo it. They told us we wouldn’t need to wait in line. We arrived exactly at the scheduled time, but the staff had no idea about it, and now we have to wait for hours again on the walk-in list. Terrible service. If you have the option to do your bloodwork somewhere else, go there.
To Quest Management, I am writing to formally request that management address the unprofessional behavior of your employees at the 800 S. Central Glendale location. my son had an appointment scheduled at that branch but we arrived one hour late. When we attempted to explain our situation, the technician ignored us and stated that we might not be seen. The staff then proceeded to turn other patients away with a poor attitude.
