I am very disappointed with this laboratory. Every time I come here — even with an appointment — I end up waiting 1–2 hours. The scheduling system clearly does not work. On one visit, they forgot to perform one of my required tests. Another time, they never sent my results. This is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. The staff are also rude when you ask questions, and a simple blood draw takes around 30 minutes per patient, which explains the constant delays. I do not recommend this place at all. I went there without appointment, once I’m doing my check in, on the screen it says wait time 30-60 minutes. I’ve been here 2 hours and half and none of none appointments patient got in yet. It just ridiculous

The worst.. 45 minutes waiting.. what is the point to make an appointment. People have an schedule.. they have to respect that.

Doctor requested bloodwork that had be taken within a specific time frame. I have been waiting for over two hours in the stand in line while I watched them rotate others in the stand in list. Suddenly, when I asked about the process and timeframe, they seem to have paused everyone on the stand list to make a point. So it’s not just me that’s not being rotated in, it’s everyone behind me. If it was possible to leave a zero star review, I would do that.
