I used to love this Quest, but after my experience this morning, I’m extremely disappointed. The information online does not say “NO WALK-INS.” When one of the workers—a skinny blonde-haired woman—came into the waiting area, she asked, “Are you the walk-in?” I said yes. She then told me, “We don’t take walk-ins. I've been living with a breathing disorder since 1987. Half of my airway is blocked permanently due to paralyzed vocal cords. The technician heard my distressed breathing and assumed that I was somehow "not calm". She commanded that I calm down, and then I had to take a bunch of extra time to explain to her that I have a breathing disorder which she did not believe was real. I always make an appointment, and they are always on time. Never had a problem there.
