Suan my phlebotomist was amazing. I have notoriously difficult veins to find and she was patient and gentle. This was easily one of the best experiences I have had getting blood drawn
Suan is masterful at her craft! She’s efficient, exacting, and because she’s so good, the patient/customer is less stressed. Plus, she has a sense of humor! She deserves a skylight in that tiny, windowless room - and a raise!!!
Suan did a great job, I dont think I've had a smoother experience getting my blood drawn before. 10/10

Came for an appointment at 9 and was told it was pushed back to 9:40. Waiting the whole time just to find out they don’t have the equipment needed for my urine test.
