Very rude and a scam. I was told to pay a bill when I asked what it was for they didn't know. I would have to call a number from Quest. They said I would need to pay in order to get the bloodwork drawn so I reluctantly paid without an explanation. I then asked how much it would be for the current test. They phlebotomy tech didn't know and yet quest gave the tech the power to collect money with no knowledge. Then they suddenly knew that the current test would cost in excess of a thousand dollars. Don’t do a walk in. They should tell you it’s not worth it I waited two hours and ended up leaving because my kid was so hungry
The check in pad was not working correctly… when you can’t “talk” to an actual human… the lease you should do is be sure the check in pad is functioning properly! I ABSOLUTELY HATE not being able to speak with an actual person!
Have an appointment and make you wait 45+ minutes anyway.
