I scheduled my appointment online, which was super easy to do. There is no receptionist here, I believe you don't have a choice but to schedule online. This is why I withheld a star I don't think I waited more than 3 minutes to get called back once I checked in. Very professional and efficient staff. My only gripe is I had trouble locating the place as my gps took me to the hospital. I needed to get a blood draw done in order to get some lab results for a doctor's office that I visit. The doctor's office wanted the labs done at Quest Diagnostics. So, this was the closest one to me. Note, the Quest Diagnostics I used to go to was the one located in the same building as North Central Baptist Hospital, but that one had closed in June of this year (2025).
