Highly recommend making an appointment online beforehand, as they seem very busy. I also suggest you use their iPads to check-in when you arrive, because the link I received via text did not work. The tech I saw was really friendly and she did a great job with the draw!
Very friendly and very professional and my tech was highly skilled in her technique.
Parking at the hospital was a little tricky. Give yourself extra time to find a spot and still make it to your appointment on time. As for the Quest experience, it has been great both times we've been here. Check-in was easy from a text on my phone. Our tech, Dawn, was fantastic! What a lovely person. Greeted us with a smile and was so kind throughout. Drew blood from my daughter with precision and care. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
There was no wait to be seen and my plebotomist was very nice and very sweet had a fast and speedy experience
