Appointments are easily scheduled and respected. I seldom have to wait to be called. If I ever have to, it's only for a couple of minutes. I receive an email link to access my results and they are easy to be viewed online. And the staff is ALWAYS super helpful and friendly.
The check in process was fully automated and seamless. I was taken back on time and the lady who attended me was very nice. The facility was also very clean. Overall good experience.
I had a frustrating experience related to a prenatal Panorama test. The test was not processed as expected, and there appeared to be a lack of coordination between the lab and the ordering provider’s office. For time-sensitive prenatal screenings, communication and verification are extremely important. I would recommend confirming all testing details before leaving the lab to ensure everything is properly documented and submitted.
