KC and Amber were smiling and friendly. Very professional. I came at the end of the day of the end of the week. KC was very efficient and my blood draw was painless. Both ladies made me feel comfortable. Phlebotomist Irina was patient and very kind.

**Update Aug2025: Very pleased with the blood draw. Excellent puncture with no bruising or minor pain. Thank you./Wonderful staff and fast service./ Update to July 2025, total crap. They couldn't get an order so the employee had me, the customer, call the doctor and after going through the automated idiot, got ahold of the receptionist. She asked for the Quest fax number. I explained I didn't work there and had no idea. Some manager type person used my phone to pass on the info; okay, sent back to the waiting room for 10 min... read more

First off, I would like to compliment Tiara at Quest, as a wonderful phlebotomist. She is kind and deft of touch! I really enjoy the facility that I work with; the staff is very kind, patient, and cognizant of true-needle-phobes like me. I feel very comfortable going in for blood work (which is a first n my 64 years.)
