It was a busy morning and the computers were down. The staff handled everything great. Amber was my phlebotomist and she was so kind and gentle with the needle. I didn’t even feel it. She also set me up with a different appointment that I needed and was very thorough with the directions.
This place is very unprofessional. They only accept appointment and never call for standby. Some patients has been fasting and the lab tech they don't care. How unprofessional and very rude. They act as if patients with appointment are more important than standby. I have went to other Quest Lab whereby they accept both appointment and walk in and alternate in between. But this location haven't done that at all. It sad and heart broken 💔
Amber was the person who took my blood. She so kind, funny yet respectful. I am uneasy when it comes to blood draws but she made me feel calm! I would like to ask for her every time if I could. She is AWESOME!
Oh man. Forget setting an appt— you’ll have to wait an hour to be helped. On top of that no one actually works here so you’ll see 5 people in scrubs and just 1 human is actually taking patients…make it make sense
