Great experience my 14 year old son I was nervous at first The le Started talking to him and laughing with him, Made him loosen up.
Amber was the one who took my blood sample. She was incredibly kind and respectful. I usually get nervous when having blood drawn, but she made me feel so calm! She's truly wonderful! I recommend that any patient who is anxious about blood draws ask for her, especially at this branch. I've been going to this branch for a while and have had great experiences with them. Almost all the staff here are kind and professional. Thank you again, Amber!
Convenient locations, excellent technicians
Unprofessional behavior is unacceptable in the medical field, but it seems that Quest diagnostics makes a habit of this. I've looked at a dozen reviews for their labs in the Sacramento area, and all were rated below a 4; half the reviews r one star, as is mine, but only because zero star can't be registered. Staff are tardy and late, take off for extended lunches despite a room full of patients with appointments, and offer no explanation why it's taking so long.
