Waited 3 hours while fasting (startin at 10am), no appointments available, no appointments available but kept calling no shows. In 3 HOURS they took back 2 people. I left and didn't get my tests done. Take better care of your staff and hire more people Quest. This was the 3RD location I stopped at that day too. I spent from 7am- 1pm between 3 locations, couldn't get a stick. Wild.
Last week, this branch was closed without prior notice. I rescheduled my appointment for this week for a simple blood draw, but the male technician who took my sample desperately needs major training. My arm is still in pain because he pushed the needle too far and in the wrong location. He couldn't even place the bandage correctly.
