I made an appointment online for a lab box, I walked In and there was no one at the front me and a package delivery man were standing waiting for someone and then a woman finally came and I double checked with a lady that let me know the appointment for 12:30 for the box was completely fine. Worst service ever no one is here to help anyone and don't even call they will never answer the phone

I always use this lab. The phlebotomists are fantastic and typically they keep things rolling. If they get backed up, it’s for good reason.
Tiffany was incredible. Very professional and friendly. No bruising after.
