Automated phone, couldn't get anyone to help me with my questions, or even talk to me at all. Automated check in, no one to ask anything, no windows or reception, nothing. I waited well over an hour without a word from anyone, not knowing if id be seen. Also, no bathrooms to use while you wait. There locked. By far the worst experience ive had at a lab, by far...... If you like sitting in a cell with strangers you'll love the waiting area.
My experience was great. I had ordered a test online, self-pay thru Ulta Labs. Then I went online and made an appt at this location for the blood draw. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Check-in was easy with the QR code I got when making my appt. and placing my drivers license on the check-in scanner. I only interacted with 1 employee and she was friendly and competent. This place is by far 1000% the worst location to get blood work from. If you have an issue with needles/getting blood work … Do not come to this location. I Have had my blood taken numerous times and never once have I had any sort of issue. I personally do not enjoy needles and hate getting it done. people that do this for a living should know how to work with people that have a hard time with needles and getting their blood taken. Pooja drew my blood and she was very friendly! She is very skilled and it was a painless experience. It felt like the blood draw was over before it started. I came with an appointment and I waited less than 3 minutes. There was cold water in the lobby and clean chairs. Overall great experience and will be coming again.
