I received excellent service! I got to the appointment early and they took me right away. Pooja was very polite. I let her choose my vein to draw blood and it was painless. Funny, before the reviews I was expecting poor service, but Pooja was wonderful!
Terrible lab, I don’t know where they get the nurses. I have been to 3 locations, Brighton, Waltham and Watertown. The experience were all the same. The quality of the nurses are questionable, they couldn’t find my vein right, so I walked out of the lab with two of my arms injecting. Great skill.
Very pleased with my visit. The staff member that greeted me and signed me in and also did my blood extraction for testing was outstanding She was very friendly and able to do the extraction on her first try. ,, painless and very efficient.
I really like this Quest Diagnostics location for three main reasons: the check-in was easy, the staff is knowledgeable, and Natalya is wonderful! I have never experienced such tailored and thoughtful customer service at a lab before. Natalya addressed and accommodated my concerns in a way that felt so genuine. Plus, the clinic is very clean. I will be going back to this location any time I need blood work!
Apooja got me in, skillfully drew blood, was super pleasant, and quickly completed the remainder of my tests all within 10min… or less. She was very professional and considerate, which I valued very much. I highly recommend using a smart phone to schedule the appointment, as it sent me a text a few minutes before the appointment.
