The Quest web site is terrible and difficult to navigate. And my doctor directed me to get tested at their lab and I set up an account and made an appointment, but when I got there they seemed to have no idea what tests I was supposed to be getting. And then the doctor's office faxed over something and I spent a bunch of time sitting there while Quest's person keyed the information from the faxed paper into their system. Does not look like they have heard of computers and electronic medical records...
Very rude! Inconsiderate and rigid!!!
No service at all
I had two orders of testing from different docs. And Pooja could accommodate only one because I was a walk in! There were only two extra people in the waiting room with later appointment times.After the first blood draught, I went back and checked in as a walk in again. Waited for 40 mins to have another blood draw with an older lady phelenotomist. Clearly, I was marginalized for the lack of appointment, yet Pooja could have taken an extra 5-7 mins to streamline the operation and not wait for her hard working co-worker to do... read more
