The nurse is very rude, try to avoid this location if possible.
Unpleasant experience. Either they lost or deleted orders from my providers office, which I confirmed were sent. Rude staff from the start of the appointment.
AVOID IF YOU CAN. place is dirty and understaffed with burnt out and rude people. upon arrival, i tried to check-in on the self-serve kiosk, which didn't work (i was late to my appointment); which is okay. there was nobody in waiting room, the door to the 2 patient rooms was open (place is very small so if you stand in front of the door you can see both patient rooms, whose doors were also open). i asked for help. the place was staffed by 2 what seemed to be lab technicians/RNs only, who ignored me and the other 2 people beh... read more
The employees were rude and unpleasant. I found the Framingham location much nicer and would advise going there if you are able, or to just avoid Quest altogether. They do not tell you what you are consenting to, they just tell you to sign the signature pad when they say so and that it's to authorize release of the results to your doctor's office - when I asked her to explain what I was signing she told me to wait until she got to it and then never did, just handed me a printout as I left showing me that I had acknowledged r... read more
