Hi I had a great blood drawn from Pooja. She is incredibly kind and caring and is fast at what she does. Pooja deserves a big raise and she such a quick in and out person to get your blood drawn with. Keep up the great work I will come to you again Pooja thank you for everything you do to keep my health in great shape.
Go to any Quest but Waltham. They had me wait 45 minutes beyond my appt time only to tell me they did not receive my lab request from my docs office. I could have taken care of this during the 45 minutes wait time. Understaffed?
Since I am a member of Dr. Mark Hyman’s Function Health, I visit this lab twice a year. Their service level is pretty good. Especially, Pooja is my favorite person there. She is so professional and experienced. I usually have problem due to my hidden veins. Pooja is a vein guru and never had a problem. Thank you and keep up the good service.
I never go back to this location. People who work in the Waltham Office are rude, incompetent and mistakenly ask for a large copayment for reasons unclear to me. My copay supposed to be $25 but they asked for $125, when I asked to be billed later, they refused and did not draw blood until I contact my insurance company! I left the office and clearly did not want them to do my blood work. I confirmed later with my insurance company that my copay is $25. I chose this Quest location because of the free parking but honestly wouldn't recommend going here. I agree with what one reviewer said that there is a particular staff member who is extremely rude for no reason, like makes you want to laugh it's so appalling level of rude. I don't think I've experienced that level of rudeness in healthcare before, and I understand people are very burnt out. She is also very difficult to understand and not great at explaining things.
