Worst experience by far I've ever had getting my blood drawn..tech was horribly late, and we all were more than nice about it, and she immediately started telling me I needed printed off forms of doctors orders, even though they have an email for sending pdf orders, right in front of the chair you get your blood drawn. This audacity of this woman to be late then start refusing to do her job, was disappointing to say the least. After she accepted the emails, she then began telling me she didn't know what my trileptal metaboli... read more

From a medical technical standpoint the tech was excellent. Quest needs to improve things administratively. My first visit, after fasting for 12 hours, I was refused service because my doctor didn't sign my form and the tech said that was required. My doctor's office contacted Quest and was told that wasn't correct in Colorado. If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst service ever from the nurse. She was rude nad I had to wait 40 minutes to get my blood drawn because the nurse was running 15 minutes late, then told me I had to call my doctor to get some information but that she had to take someone else back while I did that, then she called the next patient's doctor with them while I sat and waited in reception! Terrible customer experience. Won't be going back.

Incredibly quick, freindly, and comforting. Conviniently located. Great place!

Dingy little place in the back of a Safeway. After showing up as a walk in and leaving due to the absurd wait time (while not a single person sat in the waiting area), I returned a few days later and was turned away because they “don’t accept orders printed from online portals.” I was then told they don’t test for AM cortisol after 9am (it was 9:10am). Meanwhile, a helpless and sick old man was in the waiting room asking questions and being rudely interrupted and told to make an appointment online. He left more dejected than... read more
