I would not recommend this Quest Diagnostics location. I arrived 20 minutes late for my appointment due to an unforeseen work meeting. My appointment was at 3:20 PM, and I arrived at 3:40 PM. The posted business hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and no other patients were waiting. I asked if I could still be seen as a walk-in, but the phlebotomist refused service and told me to come back as a walk-in the next morning. She said she wanted to go home. If I could give 0 I would and now realizing I should have listened to the reviews. I got there 25m before closing. I was informed by the employee that she is on break and has closed out already, proceeding to tell me she gets back on shift 10m before close (4pm), so she has already closed out. All I needed was a urine sample (5m for me and ~5min for her after). You do not get to leave WHEN your location close time is, that’s just the time you can tell customers you close. the person working here was immediately hostile to me for no reason, and should not be allowed perform medical services on people. I was treated coldly on the morning of Monday June 23 and then with distain the following day, as if it was this person’s mission to rudely, loudly humiliate me about my urine sample in the public area. I was also 7 minutes early and they rudely, loudly told me that I’d have to wait for my scheduled time. The phlebotomist was stern about the walk in policy and warned me that she would have to fit me in between appointments and I would pile probably wait awhile. appointments take first priority and that I would have to wait until she had time. I only had to wait 30 minutes as there was a lot of morning appointments. I think people’s poor experiences here are entitlement and they are impatient.
