Painful blood draw, and I never had pain on a blood draw before. She asked me if I was ok and I said it’s painful. No reaction to my comment. 3 days later I still feel a slight pain at times. She must have hit a nerve.

I want to say you have a 50-50 chance of having a good experience. Unfortunately, I got the same lady as last time. She is moody, grouchy and unprofessional. You want someone who is moody, grouchy and unprofessional to stick a needle in you? When she started her ugliness I asked if I could see the other woman, who was not seeing anyone. She told me if I have a problem with one woman, she will not see me. You want to take a chance on that happening? Me? No way, no more.

Watch out for the older grouchy lady. She will hurt you with the needle. Hard to tell if she’s incompetent or just taking her personal frustrations out on you. I realize several people have been complaining for at least a couple of years and no one has taken any action to fire this lady. I will never go to this location again.

I despise having my blood drawn, but the woman who drew my blood was understanding and kept me distracted while she worked. Fortunately, only one vial was needed, so the process was super quick. I didn't even have time to freak out. I went at 8am on a Friday and waited less than 15 minutes. The nice thing about this location is having the big Randall's parking lot, too.
