I went there today as a walk-in because I needed an urgent test and I couldn’t wait 1-2 days for an appointment. I waited for two hours even though there were only a few patients. The staff were very slow and seemed to prioritize people they knew. After 2 hours of wait I finally left and went to another place.
Having an appointment made it an excellent experience, and so did the phlebotomist who helped me, Basma. She was fantastic!
The employees at this location are not capable of properly providing service to their clients. They need to be trained in customer service as well as how to complete a basic blood draw with proper technique. Six attempts to put a needle into a large visible protruding vein is unacceptable. If you are looking for competent medical professionals look somewhere else. You will only find incompetent amateurs at Quest
I had to do blood test today, usually, I’m scared from the needles but the phlebotomy she was so good for what what she was doing I didn’t felt anything her name AJ thank you again AJ
