Phlebotomist was very polite and even thou she had people waiting she gave me the time and I didn’t feel rushed
I made an appointment for 7:40 AM, upon my arrival the young woman who assisted me had a terrible unwelcoming attitude. She had the disposition of a 13 year old drama queen. She needs to be provided with customer service training since she interacts with the public.
I had a short wait after checking in for an appointment. Less than 5 minutes. The kiosk is easy to use. I didn't get an appointment ahead of time and had to come back 2 hours later, and I thought that was reasonable timing. However, I do recommend getting an appointment first, because I would have waited 2 hours if I had been dropped off. Schedule online or call! 100% of the time!
I was able to walk in and get my blood work done without an appointment and no wait. Phlebolomist was super! Great experience! Thank you!!
The phlebotomists are always so efficient and great at sticking! I'm a "hard stick", and I only come to this location, as I know I'm in good hands.
