I was greeted at the door. I didn’t have an appointment but was ushered back after signing in. Everyone was welcoming and professional. Tiffany did a great blood draw and was very kind and professional. Great office.
After my experience trying for almost a week to complete my labwork at Labcorp - just trying to collect a container for a test, it was refreshing to actually be able to deal with a human being when walking into the Quest center. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and efficient and the experience was far more personal and easy. I went to two different Labcorp locations to complete one test, the first actually has a person at the window - but unable to complete the test due to lack of stock.
