I was greeted at the door. I didn’t have an appointment but was ushered back after signing in. Everyone was welcoming and professional. Tiffany did a great blood draw and was very kind and professional. Great office.
After my experience trying for almost a week to complete my labwork at Labcorp - just trying to collect a container for a test, it was refreshing to actually be able to deal with a human being when walking into the Quest center. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and efficient and the experience was far more personal and easy. The technicians were friendly and professional. The visit was quick and painless. Even walk-in appointments do not take much time.
I would stronly recommend Quest Diagnostics for blood samples. All of the staff were courteous and helpful. Brittany was professional, gentle and efficient in taking my blood sample.
The lab technician needed to ask for help three times to input information into the computer before drawing my blood, which not only prolonged my visit, but significantly decreased my confidence level. Two days later, the results of the testing had not yet reached my doctor. Results are typically available within 24 hours.
