2nd time coming here for annual bloodwork and I cannot praise them enough. First time going there, the phlebotomist was super friendly and reassuring, especially since I do have adverse reactions to getting blood drawn. I went in today and Ms. Kim J was my phlebotomist and she was fabulous!! Super kind, super professional and friendly, made the whole experience quick and (relatively) painless. Will always recommend this location for their friendly staff and efficiency. Thanks again Ms. Kim!
Kim, the lab technician who drew my blood, was very knowledgeable and professional. She was able to draw my blood without any issues and checked on me several times throughout the process to make sure I was doing okay. She made the experience very comfortable and reassuring. I would definitely recommend Kim to others and will absolutely request her in the future if that is an option! (Nottingham Perry Hall location)
