No one to check in with except a machine that most of us over 50 can't work. Tried to make an appt web site couldn't handle my uploading insurance cards Forget calling they just send you back to online registering for appt. They have you sign twice on the magnetic thingy and nothing to read to see what your signing about. Told them if my insur doesn't pay for it I don't want it. Probably what I signed was to pay anyway. The lady I worked with was extremely nice detailed and professional. Only thing I wish Quest had more location far Northeast converse area
You'll be waiting over an hour even with an appointment. Sure the phlebotomist will apologize and say they are short handed, however that's a company issue. I think they need to increase their labor with more employees, because our time is valuable and at this location its being wasted. Quest Diagnostics get it together!!
