Overall straightforward but good experience for routine quite expansive panels blood draw. Quest operations highly streamlined with kiosk and minimal customer service; facilities basic but this location convenient to CTA red line. 5-star praise for Kennedy (phlebotomist) who was both personable and professional - calming, efficient, and making the process less painful (not pun intended.)
This is great location - while there is no person to check you in, only a self-service kiosk, they are highly efficient. I had an appointment at 9am and I was 25 minutes late. I had to take the next available appointment (10:40am), but they were able to get me by 10:10. Super efficient for the number of patients coming through. Had I been on time for my original appointment, I likely would've been seen within 10 minutes.
Avoid this location—Go to Quest Diagnostics inside Jewel Oscon Division instead! I had a very disappointing experience at this lab. I arrived 10 minutes late for an 11:10 AM appointment. While I take responsibility for the delay, the way the staff handled it was completely unreasonable. The kiosk moved me to the standby list. I was the only person in the entire waiting room. Came here being our first time with my daughter, she was very nervous and staff made her feel comfortable.. definitely would return.
