My husband showed up for his appointment and they said he was late. He said oooook, well can I be a walk in then? They said no, he would have to reschedule. He did for a different day. He showed up 40 minutes early this time, and they didn't call him or text him it was his turn. 10 minutes after his appointment time, he asked someone how much longer, they said they called him and he didn't come. Sending threatening mail over 6 dollars while only contacting me 2 days before its "sent to collections" (also this company is in a lawsuit in Cali :>)
Hannah was my phlebotomist and normally people have trouble getting me. However, Hannah did it on the first try. Hannah was incredibly patient, kind, and professional. I would highly recommend Hannah for EVERYONE. Thank you Hannah for the positive experience.
