Difficult tonfindon such a rainy day having to drive in pouring down rain. Was ot given good directions prior to thr appointment.
Very convenient to make an appointment and quick service. Nice clean place and helpful staff. Fast result and very well explained details for the report.
The young lady doing my lab work was polite, I didnt feel the needle as she poked it in my vein. There was an issue after, as she used a cotton ball and a sliver of a piece of tape to stay on thae area. That w wasn't enough pressure normally used by other labs. Blood was running down my are as I was leaving, got blood on my white blouse. A guy asked me if a Vampire got to me as my arm dripped blood. I had to go back in and have her re-do the cotton ball.
