Normally my blood work has zero copay. My doctor told me that the lab by her clinic was convenient. Quest did not tell me they were out of network. What usually costs me zero cost $140. I will never go to Quest again.
Their phone system is absolute garbage. Cant make the auto appointment and cant speak to a live person. Phone system is worthless. its 2025 people! fix you junk.
Walk in for lab draw and wait 2 hrs. Annoying ipad check in. Message: “we don’t want to talk to you, get in our electronic line and if you are lucky you will only wait for 2 hours then we might help you”.
Terrific experience at Quest Diagnostics. Fast and efficient. And Dani was wonderful!
Fast enough. Check in is a pair of tablets, there is no reception.
