I need to find the name of the phlebotomist who poked me because she was incredible. After the urgent care I originally went to couldn’t get a good poke, they sent me here. I made an appointment online and they were running ahead of schedule so I didn’t even have to wait. And I have never had an easier, quicker, or more painless blood draw than I did here. It was honestly so impressive.
Had a morning appointment for my Function blood draw and it went great. Phlebotomist was nice, asked if I was okay with needles, checked in with me while taking vials, and confirmed I was okay before leaving. I arrived early to check in and the appointment was actually a bit early, so I didn’t have to wait very long.
The man who was supposed to do my bloodwork was so rude and not welcoming at all. I didn’t have him take my blood because I didn’t feel safe
*Do not come here if you are immunocompromised.* The employee working today at 4pm was coughing and sniffling as I was waiting. When I came in, after a few min I asked if she could put on her mask so I don't get sick (she had it down on her chin). She snaps, "You're not allowed to tell us to do that anymore." I said, "I didn't tell you, I asked you." "You're not allowed to do that." I said, "We are in a doctors office" She said, "No we aren't." Touché.
