Horrible experience overall, we where on standby for and hour and a half before we left, and nobody was on the waiting room but us, and they never let us in
I had a very disappointing experience at your lab today. I was told to schedule an appointment, but there were no available openings for nearly two weeks and online no options are available. Wanting to be proactive, I arrived at 6:30 a.m. and was first in line. When I was finally called at 8 a.m., I was told there were no lab orders in the system, even though my doctor had confirmed they were faxed.
