Wonderful people who work here! My son was very nervous and tearing up about his scheduled blood work. Medical team was very understanding and put my son at ease with their kind attention. Thank you for making our visit very smooth.
Make sure you have your photo ID, insurance card and payment method. If you have an appointment code, you can enter it on the kiosk.
The staff was awesome. The phone system Quest uses for all patients is horrifically inept. You can't get a human no matter what button you push. It randomly hangs up and the menu selections are ridiculous. The prompts are way to long and wordy leading to additional frustration.
Adriana and Jasmine or Veronica (I'm not sure if that was the other technicians name or not) were really amazing and went above and beyond to help me. They truly prioritized me and made sure that I was taken care of.
