I made an appt for my senior citizen mother-in-law who has no cell phone or access to a computer at 11:30 am and when she arrived at 11am they made her register on a tablet but because she didn’t check in with a link sent to the phone number provided when made the appointment she missed her appointment and had to wait and be seen as a walk in. After 1hr 1/2 she was finally seen.
I visited this location last Friday 9/26/25 at 7:40am appointment. I was there in less than 30 minutes. I checked in on my phone and was called in on time. My lab tech was Jazmin. I recommend this location better than the one on Fourth Avenue. The posted to be close but was open. This location has more accurate information.
I been trying to make an appointment for the pass 3 days on their app and just like their phone automated appointment making it is garbage crashes out. Been here for 2 and a half hours being jumped in front of the line by others that don’t have appointments. I can see why all quest are not even at a 4 stars
