This place is horrible. Lisa the phlebotomist needs to go back to school and retrain. Meanest lady I’ve ever dealt with. She kept saying uncross your legs. She made my arm burn somehow and now I have a nice bruise. Thank you Lisa!
Beyond unacceptable process. Appointment system randomly won't even register you with no accountability to fix it, lobby has a burned out TV screen so you can barely even tell what the queue is, they're always way behind schedule and wasting literally hours of everyone's time is just accepted as normal? This honestly needs to be investigated by a 3rd party. Who knows if they're even processing tests correctly with how broken down their entire processing is for patients. Avoid this place like the plague it is.
Only go by appointment, as there's no front desk, just lab staff. However, that doesn't guarantee timely service. I went with an appointment to pick up a container for a sample, and then two hours later I went to drop it off. I had to wait almost an hour both times. Worst of all, they left the sample unrefrigerated or whatever, and ruined it, so I will have to redo it. I will go to other location.
Had an appointment for 12:20, was seen at 12:40. Overall less time than waiting at the doctor’s or a regular hospital. Online sign in was easy and quick, didn’t have to fuss with scanning an ID or anything. Was brought back by Devin and she was very friendly and quick. She was efficient at drawing my blood, no pain or discomfort and she got it on the first go. Once I was in the chair it was 2 minutes for confirmation and samples, and I was out the door by 12:45.
