Super easy, fast. Parking was great. I was in and out super quick!
I waited over 35 minutes past my scheduled appointment time for an employment‑required drug screen. I did not choose this location but I had no alternative for this screening. The waiting room was visibly frustrated, and staff offered no communication or support about the delay. The lack of courtesy and professionalism was disappointing, and the delay was never explained. I also had difficulty finding/understanding the parking situation. Thank goodness the test results were on time!
Devin B was a wonderful Phlebotomist. I knew I was somewhat dehydrated and expected the blood draw to be tricky. Her initial poke didn't land, but the painless way she maneuvered the needle to hit the vein was superb. I've never had someone have to reposition the needle and not had me at least wince as they did it... until her. 10 out of 10 would recommend her again! I will definitely be back to this location.
