Poor customer service. Don’t know why they would have an option for walk-ins if they’re just gonna sit you there for 3 hours and then not even see you at the end. Stop wasting peoples time and put a note at your check-in machines to let people know that they absolutely need an appointment if they have any hopes to be see. This is incredibly absurd.
Had to check in just to drop off specimen.Waited over hour and a half. Still waiting. Bad business and slow. Unfreindly
