★☆☆☆☆ ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE – AVOID THIS LOCATION Date of visit: 06/23/2026 – 7:50 AM My wife had an appointment this morning, and unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst medical experiences we have ever had. Worst service ever! Had an appointment and came fasted. I waited 30 mins for two of the staff to tell me whether or not I was going to be seen. I had checked in via text message but there was apparently no record of it. Staff could not care less despite not being busy, I was left to stand there and nobody came back out on three occasions. Extremely rude. Won’t be coming back.
The patient center needs some TLC. For being a medical area, the scrapes on all the walls, the dingy floors, etc isn’t really acceptable. Especially for a few billion dollar company.
The technicians were extremely kind and accommodating. Mom praised her proficiency in taking blood. Best service I have ever had at a Quest.
Had a bunch of blood drawn recently (which I hate), but the nurses are AMAZING. TOTALLY calmed me down, superb bed Manor. If you hate having blood drawn, go here... they are awesome (and painless).
