Had a bunch of blood drawn recently (which I hate), but the nurses are AMAZING. TOTALLY calmed me down, superb bed Manor. If you hate having blood drawn, go here... they are awesome (and painless).
I've been to multiple quest offices thru the years and this one takes the cake for being glacially slow, unhelpful and unfriendly. I picked up a home test and the directions were mumbled even when I asked for the instructions to be repeated. the packaging had no instructions so the verbal info was needed. they skipped people with a mostly empty office so one guy was waiting for 45 minutes past his appointment with no apology... there's tons of other offices account this one!
For older people the system is difficult to navigate.
At quest they don't have pokémon or poker....just straight up pokes.
I dropped off my 24h cooper urine sample on April 13 at 12;30 pm Monday ( Lab test shows it was received on April 14th 2;44pm ) - Assistant helped me to fill out the collecting hours/day in their system on Monday - then test came back saying " No suitable specimen received " #2 I am still waiting for my blood test results since April 7th ...
