Small waiting area but few people waiting. Walk in was easy despite no appointments available due to no shows.
It’s not the cleanest, nicest place but what can you really expect from a lab. The waiting area has multiple chairs and a tv. The walls and doors are a bit dirty. They need some new paint and cleaning. I checked in at their kiosk, waited maybe 5 min max and was taken back. From arriving to leaving, I spent a total of 20 min there. The staff were very friendly. Make sure to arrive early to find parking and also bring $ to pay for it.
The servcie was fast. the technician was great. The room was freezing. next time I will bring a heating pad to put on my back. It made is more difficult to draw blood with the room being so cold.
