Such a quick and easy blood test at Quest. I touched the check-in button on my app just as I was walking in the door, right at my appointment time. My name appeared on the overhead ‘patient screen’ before I even sat down. And I was called in by the phlebotomist about 45 seconds later!! So efficient! And she was so nice and good at her job and did her best not to hurt me, and I felt very well cared for. And then my results were available in the app the very next day! Amazing really. Well done!
So clean, and quick, with great technique and nice .
That young man was fantastic-great technique and very hospitable.
