Arrived ahead of schedule, got in quick, didn't wait for my timeslot.
Was able to schedule a same day appointment. Staff was very highly trained & easy to talk to. Also, very thorough in verifying all my information. Excellent appointment.
I was not greeted cheerfully not like another Quest in Citrus Park area. When I asked the phlebotomist to please use a butterfly needle her first reply was I don't have that many and they don't give us that many and we save them to use on children. I explained to her that my one arm's vein went deep down because it was poked by too many big gauge needles, That's why I didn't want my only arm to happen the same way.
