Drove over an hour to get to this Quest because of the reviews for the phlebotomist, Shay, and 100% would again! I had to go through Quest because of the way I did this panel, and I think that this one is the only one I will go to again! I have very, very, very deep, small, hidey veins, and Shay was incredibly patient and kind while she worked on finding them, making sure I was comfortable and as relaxed as possible. Due to a number of medical issues over the years, I've been to more than my fair share of Quest Diagnostics locations, and clinical laboratories in general. This one is hands-down the absolute best for two reasons - the facility is extremely nice and well maintained (it even has a restroom); but more importantly, the phlebotomist, Shay, is awesome!!! Service was okay. But they didn’t give me hand sanitizer because they said my physician is the only one authorized to do that …??? That was kind of weird
Five stars for Shay! I had a terrible experience at the Garland location, where another technician performed the H. Pylori Breath Test incorrectly and flat out refused to redo it. Thankfully, I came to this location and met Shay. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and empathetic. She immediately contacted management, resolved the issue, and helped me redo the test properly. Shay is an asset to Quest Diagnostics and truly cares about patients. Thank you, Shay!"
