The Rowlett location has the same phabotmist for years and I can say she never leaves a bruise and that says alot about her, because most of the blood draws leave my arm severely bruise. I highly recommend her at the Rowlett Texas!
I arrive to Quest due the Dr told me we don’t need appointment. The only person that was working, open the door and ask me if We have an appointment. I respond no due the office of my Dr say we can come walking. The technic told me that any Dr or office go to say how they going to work. She say the policy they go to use in their business. I not understand how the Drs send the people to places with an not profesional people.
Had to wait because I didn't have an appointment. But it wasn't too long. Friendly staff.

Wow! Sorry to have bothered the only person working at this location. Rolled up in my wheelchair about 12:20 and I must’ve been too close to lunchtime. I knocked on the door. The lady grabbed the door open and told me she’s not taking anybody but they only accept appointments and I told her I wasn’t aware of that. She said people usually don’t know when they arrive. So apparently walk-ins are not allowed at this Tom Thumb in Rowlett. The lady was rather short with me and to be honest, I don’t want her performing any procedur... read more
