Shay was absolutely amazing! I usually get anxious about having blood work done, but she immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was incredibly gentle, I honestly didn't even feel the needle when she drew my blood. She was professional, kind, and made the entire experience quick and stress-free. I would highly recommend this location because of Shay and the exceptional care she provides. She's truly talented and made what is normally an anxiety-inducing experience a very positive one.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about my phlebotomist, Shay. I have extremely tiny, hard-to-find veins, and getting blood drawn is usually stressful. She is the only person who gets it right every single time! She’s patient, gentle, professional, and always makes me feel at ease. Her skill and kindness make such a difference. If you’re nervous about having your blood drawn, you’re in the best hands with her. Thank you for taking such great care of me!
Shay is the absolute best! I’m terrified of needles and she makes me feel safe. Plus her skills are amazing and I never feel pain!
Facility is very clean. The Technician is professional, friendly, and considerate. Technician was punctual. I also like that it's location is basically inside my pharmacy at Tom Thumb.
