unprofessional personal I have appointments for my 2 year old son for finger blood test They start doing it from arm She cut him few times and can’t find vein Then she says it’s my mistake, that I’m not holding him correctly Also the needle fell out of his hand in the middle of the process But it test have to be from finger , they just lie that he is to big for finger test because anther labs can do from finger. Terrible experience for my 2 yo son

The tech did not know what he was doing. He did not have me make a fist. He kept the tornequt on for more than 2 minutes, drawing 5 vials of blood. Obviously untrained. He should have been supervised,
