The worst experience - rude and unprofessional staff!
I had my walk-in visit this morning. I came at 7:45 without an appointment, checked in at 8:01 as a walk-in, and was put on the standby list. I had read a lot of reviews saying people wait for hours before their names are called, but I only waited about 10 minutes — that really surprised me! The doctor was very polite and professional — a tall black guy (sorry, I don’t remember his name). In conclusion, everything was much better than I expected. Thank you guys for your great work!
unprofessional personal I have appointments for my 2 year old son for finger blood test They start doing it from arm She cut him few times and can’t find vein Then she says it’s my mistake, that I’m not holding him correctly Also the needle fell out of his hand in the middle of the process But it test have to be from finger , they just lie that he is to big for finger test because anther labs can do from finger. Terrible experience for my 2 yo son
Can’t reach a live agent at all or do A WALK IN with a missed appt only a few mins late! I would give her and quest 0 stars
