The place was clean and on time. However, blood work experience was not pleasant. It hurt entire time since she tied my arm. After the blood work, my arm hurts the whole day and started to bruise and swollen next several days.
My appointment was at 9:00. I arrived a 8:58 and checked in on the app for my appointment. I saw my name on the board as "checked in," but then it went away after 10 minutes. They told me someone would come get me, but they didn't. I wasn't called back for another 15, so I waited for 25 minutes in total. They told me the system took me off the list.
Worst location, they don’t care that you have appointment or not, only come if you can wait 3 to 4 hours in lounge. Pathetic system
If I could give negative stars, I would give this place -100 without hesitation. This is by far one of the most frustrating, disorganized, and unprofessional places I have ever been to. I first came early in the morning as a walk-in and was forced to wait for 2 hours with absolutely no progress. I had no choice but to leave and come back later with an appointment, thinking it would make things better. It didn’t.
