I was worried because of negative reviews, but I had a perfect experience here today. I had an appointment but missed it due to underestimating the traffic, and they were able to see me as a walk-in. Both men working there today were very warm and professional, the blood draw was barely the tiniest pinch thanks to the phlebotomist's skill level, and I was in and out in minutes. Louis was very helpful and efficient. I didn’t have an appointment and the 1st appointment of the day was late so he got me in and out before the day got going. I had an urgent need and a small window to complete the lab work needed so Louis was truly a godsend!
Had my blood drawn this morning by an absolute professional, Wickerson. In the past, I have had some issues with having it done but not this time. Was in and out in no time. He found the vein on the first try which with my deep veins has been the challenge. Thank you, Wickerson, for your kindness, skill and care!
