The medical staff was professional and very nice. Took me in right away.
I could barely find a seat in the packed waiting room. Practically as soon as I sat down though, a tech appeared and called my name! What a shock. I guess it makes sense to make an appointment. I asked, and sadly forgot her name. She was professional, kind, friendly, gentle and painlessly drew my samples on the first try. I wish I could remember her first name. It was unusual.
