My experience was fine, giving a 1 star because I witnessed a staff member be extremely rude and inconsiderate to an elderly gentleman who asked for help while checking in on the kiosk. He asked her for help and she responded with “you can’t read?”, referring to the inability to check in on the kiosk. She was rude to him the entire time while helping him. Staff needs to be more accommodating to the elderly who are not good with technology and are overwhelmed when everything is online.
Always treated with care and respect. The staff at Quest are compassionate, caring and very professional in their treatment of patients. They are gentle and proficient at phlebotomy. Thank you!
