I know if you come without appointment you'll be prepared to wait, but today I came early with appointment, but I had a big headache and I wanted to had this blood test asap and I didn't wanted to break the fast. I explained to one of the ladies that work here and she said yes, we will take you after a couple of other appointments waiting, no problem. I been waiting for 3hrs and I saw another person with no appointment going in before me, I don't know how is that work but I feel like no consideration at all!!!!

Diana was wonderful - very nice phlabotomist indeed, she knew her job very well, and had such a nice personality too. She was calm, which made me calm.
Great experience. The wait time was short.
Farah the phlebotomy technician was great. I have had blood drawn many times and I found her to be the best.
