The team at the Pinecrest lab truly epitomize excellence when it comes to service. Additionally, my lab results were to my primary care within 24 hours. Hat's Off!
It is disappointing to come here. Unfortunately today I scheduled an appointment at another facility, but by mistake I came here. There were 3 people waiting, so I decided to wait. It has been 1:30 minutes, and they still haven't called anyone waiting in. Quest you need to add more employees or build a big facility or let other companies open lab test and not monopolize it.
To complicated to make an appointment
The facility has a tiny waiting room, it was packed with standby patients and patients with appointments, very unhealthy to be so packed, outside was 90 degree temperature so we should not be outside in the sun. YOu need a bigger lobby, waiting room.
I made an appointment at Quest Diagnostics, and everything went great. The person who helped me was very professional, explained my insurance benefits clearly, and did an excellent job drawing my blood quick, gentle, and painless. I really appreciated the professionalism and kindness.
