Twice now I’ve gone in after messing up my own appointments through Function and they’ve been so kinda and accommodating! If you go early morning it’s typically pretty empty; it’s an easy location to get early morning appointments for or to be a walk in. Both times I’ve had issues (that were my own fault), Ismary (I think that’s how it’s spelled) in the waiting area has been so helpful.
