I had a very frustrating experience with Quest Diagnostics. I initially went in for a blood draw, but I started feeling sick during the procedure. I was told I would need to return another day to complete the blood draw and that no appointment was necessary. When I returned, I waited 40 minutes before being told that their system was down. My biggest frustration was that nobody informed me about the issue when I arrived. Instead, I wasted 40 minutes waiting just to be told to come back another day. This lab is not working well, my mother had pre surgery labs over a week ago, with 2 different orders of two providers. They only reported the labs of one order. Now, my mother had to repeat the labs yesterday because she has the surgery tomorrow at Jackson Hospital, is the recent are not reported on time she has to reschedule the surgery just because the horrible work of the Kendall (US1) lab. I called now and could not talk, don’t have any choice to talk to someone.
