Kiosk wouldn’t take my appointment Confirmation number so I waited until an employee came out. “Jo” came out to get a pt and asked if she could help. I told her that the Kiosk wouldn’t take my Confirmation # and she took me next. Jo was great. She took one look at my small hidden veins but forged on with a butterfly and filled the tubes with one stick..,, T.G. Because I loathe needles. Thank you very much Jo …. I will ask for you on my next appointment.👍
Took 3 hrs working on app to schedule n never worked so called n got a 1 pm appt for next day. WiTH appt I sat 20 minutes before being seen and only 2 working and they chit chatted between patients falling way behind. quest is getting worse every month
