The phone is bot. No real person. Office is similar. Little human connection. Wait time too long.

Made an appointment 2 days in advance, got a confirmation code, was allowed to check in, and then got told my scheduled time was outside of their testing hours. It took me an hour to get here. If the appointment time is outside of the testing hours, i shouldnt have been allowed to make the appointment in the first place, let alone get a confirmation code and check in just to be turned away at the door.
All is done timely, electronic check in is easy, nurse was very professional and my 6 test tunes of blood were drawn softly. Clean facility, enough parking.
