My appointment time was ignored. Typically I use Labcorp but was sent to Quest. My appointment time has never been ignored at Labcorp.
I had the pleasure of having my blood drawn by Sierra today. What an absolutely lovely woman. She was very cheerful. Listened to me when I told her where to stick me to avoid the scar tissue, and drew my blood without causing even a tiny bit of pain. She's the best!
The absolute worst. Had an appointment and arrived with a completely full waiting room. 40 minutes past my appointment, not a single person had been taken back. Finally knocked on the window and a man with a blank stare opened the door saying their Internet was down and they can't see any patients and that he had been informing us all of this and even claimed to have told me personally?!? No one had ever even opened the door. This one will be getting a call to corporate.
The staff was horribly rude. They were too poorly trained to look up my insurance coverage, and after I got UnitedHealth on the phone to explain all blood work is $0 to me under my policy, they refused to speak to me, even though they had no other patients. Total waste of time.
