I had a great experience here. Made an appointment for 11:00 AM. Arrived about 15 minutes early and signed in. I was called in at around 10:55 AM by my phlebotomist, Helen, who was extremely friendly and professional. She made the process as painless and pleasant as possible.
Came as walk-in, checked in, waited patiently, staff comes out yelling to people about checking the tv, hour goes by, comes out yelling we’re taking lunches and we’re missing an employee, and won’t tell us how long the walk-in wait is, meanwhile 10 people just walk in throughout this time and all get seen. Horrible angry service, avoid this place.
I was impressed by how quickly my cardiologist was able to fax over an order they’d given me & I’d lost. The gal at Quest quickly retrieved the fax and I was able to get blood drawn within ~10 mins. I know many people have had orders lost at Quest, but that has not been my experience. It’s always best to have an appointment; everything just goes smoother. I don’t care for needles, so I always request use of pediatric needles. But it wasn’t too bad!
