I needed to take my tests on a very specific day. When I signed up before, it was at a different location in Encino, and was hugely over populated in the waiting room; because I had to wait to check in, I was told I was late and had to make another appointment at a later date! Very frustrating because they can certainly be late with no repercussions. I almost went to a different lab.
