Came as walk-in, checked in, waited patiently, staff comes out yelling to people about checking the tv, hour goes by, comes out yelling we’re taking lunches and we’re missing an employee, and won’t tell us how long the walk-in wait is, meanwhile 10 people just walk in throughout this time and all get seen. Horrible angry service, avoid this place.

I was impressed by how quickly my cardiologist was able to fax over an order they’d given me & I’d lost. The gal at Quest quickly retrieved the fax and I was able to get blood drawn within ~10 mins. I know many people have had orders lost at Quest, but that has not been my experience. It’s always best to have an appointment; everything just goes smoother. I don’t care for needles, so I always request use of pediatric needles. But it wasn’t too bad!

A scam and a waste of time. They let you book an appointment and go to the appointment without telling you any of the information needed. I got there and was told I need a referral from my doctor, yet it doesn't say that or ask that anywhere. And typically if an office does need a referral then they will ask for that before the appointment and not when you're there and have already wasted your time.
