My appointment was quick and easy, and the staff was SO KIND! I’ll definitely be going back for any future lab work. I had to go in for a blood test via a referral from my doctor, something I notoriously struggle with and is not my favorite activity, and the nurse who finally was able to find a vein- this is always an issue for me, but he was so patient and found one pretty quickly- was so sweet and calm and just talked to and joked around with me the whole time, and it was over before I knew it. Whenever I need to go there, everybody’s so nice very clean Office very clean restroom. I always make an appointment so it goes faster.
Check in was easy on my phone. Unfortunately was running a little late due to trying to find parking in the area, but was called just a few minutes later. Ashley was awesome, even helping navigate some hurdles with the order from my Dr. The whole process was quick and easy. Hopefully Ashley helps me the next time as well!
