Website and front door state they open at 8 am. Was there for an 810 am appointment walked into the store and their doors are locked no one inside. I had to leave because they still weren’t open by 830. WHAT IN THE WORLD. This place is unprofessional and clearly don’t know their own business hours. I would recommend finding someone else to do your bloodwork. CPL on Galloway got me in as a walking and was out within 30 minutes!
The woman, Marlene, drawing blood was really rude to all the walkins. For some reason she was upset she had to do the job she signed up for? If you want to work somewhere that’s appointment-only then that’s where’d you should be working. Everytime she took back a patient with an appointment she’d loudly say “thank you for scheduling an appointment” and proceed very talkative and friendly with that patient. The lady she's there she's so rude
I left the office in one second. why ? I had a very unpleasant experience with the technician named Cyi. She was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I arrived—no greeting, no courtesy, not even a simple "hello." Instead, she abruptly asked, "Who sent you here? Why are you here?" in a dismissive tone. When I replied that I was there for a blood test, she repeated her question loudly, which felt aggressive and unnecessary.
