It was in a grocery store, which was fine. However, we happened to show up while they were out to lunch. So we went and got lunch as well. When we came back, we couldn't tell if anyone was there. The door had one way mirrored glass, so we couldn't see inside. There are chairs in front of the office, so we had a seat, not knowing we could come in. I've been going there for years to get blood work done the girl that was there was so sweet the new girl there is very unfriendly wouldn't help me out at all I won't be back...
Valencia was amazing! I just saw her and she was very nice and professional. The comment section is too harsh. You have to realize she’s there by herself taking patients. If you don’t want to experience extended wait times then make an appt. I was a walk in and had a great experience w her. Thanks so much!!
Would not recommend this place the phlebotomist woman was rude to all the walk in patients. She had time between the appointments patients to fit some walks in but didn’t. Us walk-ins set there for over two hours. She was rude I guess she doesn’t understand that the location this quest diagnostic barely has available to make appointments. And if that person is needing their test done same day what does she except. Also it was only five walk in patients.
