I was a walk in and the 2 techs at the lab told me they would work me in and a lady was there that had an appointment told me to go ahead of her. I will never forget the kindness of those techs and that lady that let me go ahead of her. I had to fast and I could not get and early appointment anytime soon. Thanks again to those people at the lab at Tom Thumb Mesquite, Texas
This was my first time using this facility, and my experience was more than satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism and welcoming atmosphere. The clinic was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which I greatly appreciated. I was very pleased with the quality of service I received and would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone seeking excellent care and a positive experience. I look forward to using their services again in the future.

Been going there for years and today walked in. No appointment. The phlebotomist there was like are you a walk-in? I said yeah she said cause there's so many people ahead of you that have appointments already etc she look like she was mad at me and then when I was trying to figure out how to make an appointment I couldn't so I just was about to leave and then she said did you see if you have an available walk-in that's around between 30 and 60 minutes I said no I didn't do that.
