The young lady working at the patient service center is extremely kind and courteous. She is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. She made me feel very comfortable before my procedure. I booked my appointment online, which made for no wait time at all. Easy peezy and out quickly!
I needed to move my appointment to an earlier time.This location was available.My wait time was only 10 mins. The process was quick in and out.
The Lab tech was very knowledgeable and very gentle, and explained everything she was doing, not rushing to get me out. I give her 100% for he kindness and caring heart for patients.
