Great location, very clean office. Even better, Rhona (not sure if I misspelled her name, sorry) was amazing. Friendly, kind, patient, and I didn't even feel it when she stuck me. 10/10, no notes. She deserves a raise.
Absolutely horrible !!!! Worst lab ever
Lab tech was really nice and very professional.
Understaffed. Made an appointment and wouldn't have mattered if I arrived early because they were an hour behind all appointments. But then at noon an extra person came in (maybe 2 to 3 people) and they started churning through people and catching up. Still 45 min late. Maybe make appt first thing in morning or after they add more staff mid day? Who knows
