Waiting for over an hour when there are only three people waiting is absurd. Got here right at 8 when they opened and still hadn't been seen as of posting this review at 9:30. I don't know if this is a staffing issue, or what, but you're better off at LabCorp, as awful as they are. The waiting room for Quest is literally just... the entry way. God forbid the weather be unforgiving, or you would certainly suffer over that wait. The two other patients waiting with me were older and said this is "par for course" at this lab. Ho... read more
Staci is awesome. I refuse to have blood drawn elsewhere. Fast, friendly and professional.
The worst experience ever. My husband went to this location Quest Diagnostics in Canon City in Aug. 2020. First he got there before they even opened so the wait would be small. Then the female tech that took his blood said she could not find a vein and he ended up passing out, which has never happened to him and then he had to call me to come pick him up. Did I mention he was there for 2 hours and they didn't even get his blood?! Let me just say my insurance nor myself or husband better not see a bill! Do not waste your time... read more
