I Scheduled an 8:50 am appointment and Victoria took me in within moments of checking in. She was extremely nice and professional. I forgot my paperwork and she took the time to look up my records. The entire process took 10 minutes. Thank you Victoria for being awesome.
It was a terrible experience going there. The staff is horrible with very bad customer service. There is is one lady with a mole on her face, who is so rude that I had to step out of the office with my kids getting their blood tests. The staff has to learn the skills of good customer service. She talked to me as if I am her servant and she is my boss. She needs to be polite and leave her personal problems home!
The women who took my blood was AMAZING!!!! There was no mark or anything n didn’t hurt at ALL!!! Unbelievable job!!
So slow, they call 2-3 patients once every hour. Even with an appointment you have to wait
