Regarding my recent appointment scheduled via the Quest app, I initially experienced some uncertainty concerning the check-in process upon arrival. This lack of clarity led to a fifteen-minute delay before I sought clarification from the Quest technician about the status of my appointment. Beyond this initial concern, I was highly impressed by the technician's professionalism and the level of care provided.

Pleasant staff; much too warm in waiting room. Please get AC. It's 90 degrees out and this is is a healthcare facility.

I love the convenience of the proximity to my home. the place was clean and sanitary. The reception by the technician was great and efficient I was in and out in less than 15 mins . The Kiosk to register was okay. The one thing that was annoying is finding parking so if driving go earlier, so if you have to drive around you may find parking and so you wont be late for appointment. Then you have to wait to be seen.

My experience with Quest Diagnostics was a great one. The clock in was easy to set up and I was called fairly quickly for my appointment. The young lady would took care of the paperwork and blood draws was wonderful. She was very patient and she answered all the questions I had. Thank you Quest.
