I am on my third try for one blood test. The first person was let go or left. The second person said I refused to take one of the blood tests. At the time she said there was no code so insurance wouldn't pay and then blamed me and told my doctor this. I will give it one more try and then will be done. The doctor said there was no issue with the codes. Good luck.
