I have had nothing but great experiences at this location. The staff is always friendly and efficient. Whether you’re a walk-in or have a scheduled appt - self check-in is super easy. Be sure to make an appt though - you will be out in a flash. Walk-in wait time will vary depending upon how busy they are. Plan for a minimum of 45 min.
Making an appointment online was NOT easy and not having an appointment was a THREE HOUR wait when I stopped by. The website did not work to make an appt. (it kept saying my email was not a real email but it was and I tried multiple emails) and my last name could not have symbols (and it didnt!) The phone bot was pathetically bad and did not understand even the word "yes" or "no". It took days and multiple browsers to make an appt.. Once I had an appt it was smooth. There is nurse policing people not allowing to register in at the kiosk. This delays services as the nurse is not drawing blood. Really bad management of resources.
The staff was incredibly friendly, and the person who drew my blood was fantastic. I'm a big baby, so that means a lot when I say it went smoothly. One thing I'd ask, which has nothing to do with the staff, but the television in the waiting room is way, way too loud. It needs to be at half the volume that it is. The other thing is that my results were ready and online THAT NIGHT. Amazing.
The staff is not friendly at all not even said good morning to nobody they are so rude I don't recommend this place don't have education not good
