I had an amazing experience with J.C. today! I have very difficult veins, and whenever I get blood drawn, technicians usually struggle to find a vein, stick me multiple times, and leave my arm bruised and sore. J.C. was extremely professional, skilled, and gentle. He found my vein immediately and collected all the blood needed on the very first try. I didn’t feel any pain, and I didn’t have any bruising afterward. I was honestly so impressed and grateful. J.C. is truly excellent at what he does, and I highly recommend him!
I always book for my blood test,so comfortable and easily to get appointments. Last visit staff name Nancy she so wonderful, respected, and listened on my concerns. She so professional person. Thank you so so much.
Zero bedside manner\. Dismissive, rude, and they demanded the copay immediately, otherwise they wouldn’t proceed with the blood work\. Zombies at work\! Retrain them or fire them, but for God’s sake, do something\.
It looks like walking into a prison waiting room. The metal covering where you used to have receptionist to check-in is so unwelcoming. This is their annual revenue and I had to pay $10.00 to park to get labs done. Cover my damn parking, you can afford it. You make more than enough money.
