Clean, fast, efficient, friendly skilled staff
Very knowledgeable personnel and competent staff.
I would have loved an option to have a preferred name listed on my account. I am a trans man and do not use my legal name in common interactions. Having a female name called in a waiting room and a man stand up is just awkward and unnecessary. Please implement preferred names. The staff was amazing and respectful.
