Organized and punctual service. Yanick was amazing—kind, cordial, and patient. She is a huge asset to this company. My only complaint is the lack of support for elderly patients who aren't tech-savvy. The office needs dedicated staff for patient assistance instead of overworking the technical team with customer service duties. They deserve a better system.
If you are looking for a very rude place to get your blood taken, come here to quest diagnostics in Weston. The office manager had a nose ring and left before 130. They could not find my prescription that was sent twice via fax when I went back there to tell them, that’s what they needed to do. They were so rude and had me come out and said that there were too many appointments. I come in monthly as part of my accutane treatment and have never had any problems ! Stephanie is absolutely amazing. I love my quest!
Additional fees and not honesty , besides they take your insurance and they charge an additional fee very greedy that location , I have been to other quest location and they don’t charge an additional fee
