This is such a poor , pathetic, unknowledgeable, untrained staff and rude with no coordination. The staff nurse - Sara and her lady supervisor is extremely rude with no knowledge. Guys its request to avoid this location at any condition. This is pathetic location and also my doctor sent them 4 fax and email and they said they dont have it and even doctor showed me the proof too still they said the same to me. Short wait, I had an appointment...Bania drew my blood and she was terrific because many say my veins are very difficult because they roll!
Average wait time for 20 some min with appointment. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall very clean.
Horrible. Wouldn't even give it one star. Took my whole morning. Only appointments. They say walk ins are ok but only 3 walk ins got seen in a total of 4 hours. This place sucks and the people calling names were very rude.
My experience at Quest on Duarte Rd was great! Vania was so good at drawing my blood. She was friendly and professional! Thank you Vania!
