What time does this place close? I'm here 4:45 and everything is locked up and not a person in sight. Please update your hours and state last check in time. Do some cleaning too. The outer face of your lab looks dirty. Just being honest.

A bladder infection required me to get a urine test. I told my physician that Quest had no appointments available for the next week. He told me they accept walk-ins but I may need to wait a while. I waited 3 and a half hours. After 2 hours, a tech called names in the waiting room. I stood when I was called and was told they were only checking whether registered walk-ins were still there. I forgot the young lady's name but she was in room #4. She was friendly, warm, professional. I showed her where it's easiest to draw blood from me. She listened and got it first time. Was super gentle. Didnt feel a thing. Didn't leave a bruise. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. I hope I get her every time!!
